SIMPLY MUSLIM MARRIAGE.COM MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR ANY REASON EFFECTIVE UPON SENDING THE REFUND REQUEST TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE IN YOUR APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP OR SUCH OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS AS YOU MAY LATER PROVIDE TO SIMPLY MUSLIM MARRIAGE.COM. SIMPLY MUSLIM MARRIAGE IS A UK ONLINE BASED MUSLIM MATRIMONIAL SERVICE. REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED THROUGH `PAYPAL’ ONLY. THE SERVICES OF SIMPLY MUSLIM MARRIAGE IS ONLY SETUP FOR BRITISH MUSLIMS RESIDING IN THE UK. IF YOU ARE NOT A UK RESIDENT AND HAVE SUBSCRIBED THEN YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

B. General; SimplyMuslimMarriage.com bills you through PayPal for use of the Service. You agree to pay SimplyMuslimMarriage.com all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account, and you authorise SimplyMuslimMarriage.com to charge your chosen payment provider (your "Payment Method") for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. SimplyMuslimMarriage.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Simply Muslim Marriage may with discretion agree for the subscription to be paid directly into its UK based bank account. You must pay our subscription as per our posted subscription schedule(s) within 7 days of registering otherwise Simply Muslim Marriage reserves the right to disable / delete your account.

C. Current Information Required; YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT.

D. Free Trials and Other Promotions; Any free trial or other promotion that provides member-level access to the Service must be used within the specified time of the trial. You must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged a subscription fee. If you cancel prior to the end of the trial period and are inadvertently charged for a subscription, please contact us at support@simplymuslimmarriage.com to have the charges reversed.

E. The subscription charges are available on our website and all subscription charges stated on the website are stated inclusive of VAT. We may vary subscription charges from time to time by posting new charges on our website, this maybe be done without notice. However, such variations will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for.

F. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE; This offer is only valid for subscribed members who have NOT been sent at least 1 match during their first 12 month subscription. Members at this stage may be offered an `alternative offer’. No refunds will be eligible for members if the `alternative offer’ is accepted. If the `alternative offer' is not accepted or if there is no `alternative offer' then Simply Muslim Marriage will arrange the refund to be credited to the members UK based bank account providing we have a valid account name, account number and sort code. Simply Muslim Marriage is charged a fee from PayPal when a member subscribes. This fee will be deducted from the members refund. SimplyMuslimMarriage is within its rights to revoke the `money back guarantee’ offer at any time without notice. This will not affect memberships that have already subscribed during the offer period.

G. A match is someone who has been successfully matched with you using the Simply Muslim Marriage compatibility test.

3. ACCESSING AND REGISTERING ON OUR WEBSITE

A. There is a cost to subscribe and use our Muslims Marriage Website and our services. If you are browsing through the site and have not yet registered to become a member, your use of the Website is still subject to the Terms and Conditions; if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use the Website.
